Account and Data Deletion

At KadaiBook, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data and business ledger information. If you no longer wish to use KadaiBook, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

Types of Data Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following information is permanently erased from our active servers within 14 days:

• Your personal profile (Name, Phone Number, Email Address)
• Your business profile and settings
• All ledger entries (Customers, Products, Orders, and Payments)
• All associated images or attachments you uploaded to your account

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our privacy and support team at: privacy@kadaibook.com (or your support email address).
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. In the body of the email, include the email address or phone number associated with your KadaiBook account so we can verify your identity.

Alternatively, if you are logged into the KadaiBook app, you can navigate to Settings -> Delete Account (if available in your app version) to instantly and securely erase your data.
